RE: Carriage Mill Homeowners Association Annual Meeting

The meeting will take place at the Kempsville Library on Saturday, March 7th from 12:30-1:30. Two positions on the board will be available and all owners are encouraged to attend.

RE: Indian River Road & Kempsville Road Intersection Traffic Pattern Updates

The City of Virginia Beach is implementing some significant changes to our nearby intersection. Left-turn lanes will be shut down with detours in place for until Spring 2020. Further details are available here and via the videos below.

This video illustrates the upcoming detours, scheduled to be in place from July 2019 through Spring 2020.
